1. Analysis of Existing Conditions
The first step in any Diamond Contracting project is a FREE evaluation and analysis of your home. One of our Design Consulatants will come to your home, evaluate its existing conditions, listen to your improvement plans and then recommend the best course of action for your unique home. This initial meeting is informative, educational, pressure-free and guaranteed to transform your ideas, wants and needs into an actionable home improvement plan that sticks within your budget. 2. Training
Each member of our installation team undergoes intensive home improvement training direct from the manufacturer. Our employees understand the products used on your home and are sensitive to individual project needs and deadlines.
3. Job-Site Supervision
One of our salaried Project Managers oversees every job. It is their responsibility to ensure quality installation in a timely manner by our crews.
4. Quality Control Inspection
After every completed installation your job will be owner inspected and we conduct a final quality control inspection with the homeowner to assure that the project is done to your satisfaction and to make any final necessary adjustments.
5. 30 year Limited Labor Warranty
